You Make it Easy by Jason Aldean Guitar Lesson

Learn how to play You Make it Easy by Jason Aldean in this two-part guitar lesson series provided by EverGreenGuitar.com. In video #1  in this series we will review the chord patterns associated with the song. We will also have the opportunity to cover some technical aspects of left hand chord construction.

Video #2 of this series pieces the song together one section at a time. We begin video #2 by jumping into the A section of the song with a full strum of the G chord. From there, we talk about strum patterns that will accent desired beats of the measure. Releasing pressure on the left hand fingers is discussed. The B section employs chords and arpeggiations and helps the song breath a little.

Once again, we encourage the use of a metronome while warming up and preparing for practice. Want a sure-fire way to succeed with the guitar? We’ve noticed that 5 minute practice sessions are a great way to keep active with your guitar. Hint: instead of scheduling an hour for daily practice, why not try 5 minutes instead? You are sure to get with your instrument with this goal in mind! We recommend trying a metronome. Keep working with it even if it seems challenging at first. Sometimes we need to turn it off. Do some more practice. Get the techniques up to speed. Then try your metronome again. If you don’t have one yet, this is a good option:
